What is the difference between a manufactured home and a modular home?While both manufactured homes and modular homes are built in a factory environment, there are some differences between the two. The main source of difference between modular and manufactured homes is the code to which they are built. Manufactured homes are built to a federal HUD code, while modular homes are built to state or local residential building codes.
What kind of features can I get in a manufactured or modular home?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Enter the app’s Settings 2. Click on the “Manage FAQs” button 3. Select the question you would like to add media to 4. When editing your answer click on the camera, video, or GIF icon 5. Add media from your library.
How is factory built housing different than site built homes?You can edit the title from the Settings tab in the app. If you don’t want to display the title, simply disable the Title under “Info to Display”.
